In the weekend

In the weekend I played outside with my brother on the trampoline we jumped up and down Then I watched TV. before I went  back outside to jump on my trampoline. I jumped high and then I played on my ps3. After that I watched some movies. It was night time and I went to sleep.

Yesterday Mr J came with a box then he opened the box.It had tools in it. Then he told us what to do and we had to show him our drawings. I showed him my drawing and then I had to cut the wire. I counted 10 pieces of wire.  After that I had to twist the wire then we had to stretch the wire. After that we put our names on the bottom then I was finished.

I felt really excited.It was Guy Fawkes night. That meant letting off fireworks.My family and my cousins went outside to do our fireworks.First we did sparklers and then we did the big ones.The big ones were scary because they went, “Boom!” we had more big ones but then got the big box of fireworks. My dad got this big one it was cool because it went “boom! boom! boom!” After that it was my cousin’s turn he got his fireworks. He was holding a stick that went up into the sky. It was cool. Then our fireworks were finished.

Being able to swim is important

If we are good at swimming it is good because so we can teach people how to swim. We swim in a swimming pool if people are hot then they can go for a swim. We swim with on our back on the water.If we are good at swimming that is good because we wont drown.I like diving and swimming on my back in the water. If there a little kids then they  can use a swimming board to swim in the water.

Brainstorm

We wear hats when it is sunny and hot then we can wear our hats. We put on our hats when we play outside. We wear our hats every day and we wear them so we won’t get sunburnt on us. Our hats are red with a big brim. If we don’t wear hats then we will be in trouble.

School rules

We have school rules because if people are mean to other people then they can use their wits. We use them if people are mean. We use them every day so we can be nice to other people.If people are  fighting they are not using their wits.If people are using their wits that’s good because people are safe. If we don’t have school rules we will be in trouble and everyone will be unhappy.

How our Movie was made.

First of all Mr Jacobsen came and said all of you choose the sport. After that we voted. Then Mr Jacobsen choose Angelica the actor and  Pou the camera man  and Billy the gopher. Next Angelica and Pou  and  Billy went up the mountain. And the others were drawing a picture on sumopaint. Then we had to screenshot it and put it in our files.The next day Mr Jacobsen came and looked at our drawings.Then Mr Jacobsen took us to  Mrs. Nua’s classroom to watch our movie. When we got there we had sit down on the ground. Then our movie was on and the movie was all about practise practise practise. I saw Angelica run up the mountain At last I saw Angelica stand on a dais with a gold medal.Soon it was the end of the movie.

My School holiday

In the holidays I went McDonalds. I had a big mac and a drink and chips. Then I played on the playground. After that we went home to eat our McDonalds. When we got home I ate my burger and had my drink and chips. After that I played on  my ps3  with my brother. Then I went outside to play some games. After that I played on the computer. Then I turned off the computer to watch some tv. I watched  movies then another movie came on and I watched it too.

At the Museum

Yesterday year 5 went to the museum. When we got there   we had morning tea then we went to the marae. We had to take off our shoes. After that we went inside and sat on the ground and the lady told us to get into a group. Then we had to search for Maori things. We had to look around. After that we found it and then we had to go back to the marae to tell the other team what we did. Then the other team told us what they did.  After that we had lunch and then we played.Soon our teacher told us to line up to go to the volcano. When we got there we had to wait because the other group was inside. After that it was our turn to go inside the house and I sat on the ground. The news was on and it was talking about the volcano. Then the tv went off and the volcano went boom!  I was scared because the smoke was coming towards us. It blew up the houses and cars. After that the city was all white because the volcano blew it up.  We went outside we got our bags and we went back to school.

one day they was a cat and a bird the cat was asleep then  the bird came after that the cat work up then the bird fly the cat chased after the bird. The cat saw  the bird after the bird fly then the cat ran after that the cat jump into the pool then the cat was sad because the bird had fly away

Lost Bags

Jason and Lily were getting ready to fly to Wellington to visit  their big brother. This would be the first time either of them flew without their mum or dad. Before they left Lily mum said ‘’Make sure to look after your brother and your bags!’’

After they reached their gate Lily’s brother said he was hungry. Since there was still a lot of time left before their flight left Lily took her brother to get something to eat.     After that when they came back for their bags they were lost and they called for help. Then the man came and asked what had happened. Lily told him their bags were lost .Then the man asked,  “Where did you first put them?”  .Lily said, “I don’t no!”

“Where did you go after that?” asked the man. Did  you go to the toilet after that?” Lily said that they weren’t there . The man said, “Ok.”

After that their plane was getting ready to take off and they still had not found their missing bags!  Lily was starting to cry and  Jason  was still looking  for their bags. Then Jason found the bags and Lily was happy. She asked him where he had found them. Jason said,  “They were on the  chair where we were eating.”

The plane was about to go Lily but they made it just in time They got  into the plane to go to Wellington.

Yesterday was cross country I was red first it was the year 1 running then it was the year 2 and then year 3 I was waiting and waiting to go for a run after that it was the year 5 a was scary to run because they was to much people then we staring running after that we came back to the school it came 16th place I like cross country

a family having a picnic

One sunny day there was a family that went to the beach to have a picnic. They had a barbecue and the children were  playing  and some people were swimming. After that it was time to eat sausages and have drinks. After that the kids  played rugby and some people went for a walk. Soon it was time to clean up the rubbish and put it in the rubbish bag.  The people cleaned up all the rubbish but there was more rubbish on the grass so they had to clean up some more. Their mother  put  the left over food in the car. The kids were chucking rubbish but soon it was all gone.

People went for another swim before they went home to have a rest.

last friday I went to my cousin. House we play games on his ps3 we play rugby challenge 2  I was blues and my cousin was reds. It was my kick my cousin had the ball he ran be he got tackle and then he kick the ball to me so I get the ball and I try to score a try so I got tackle I pass the ball the my mate he was fast he score a try for the blues 5 to 0 blues is win so I kick the ball in it was 7 to 0 after that it was my cousin kick I get the ball I ran but then I get hit  then  my cousin score a try 5 to 7 then it was my cousin kick in it was 7 all after it was my kick after that  my cousin score a try It was his kick in it was 14 to 7 my cousin won
